The days are getting busier, the temperature outside is heating up and this is the perfect smoothie to manage both of these things. Smoothies have been a great go-to meal or snack when I’m pressed for time and in need of some fuel. Not only can you pack in a ton of fruits and veggies, but you can also make room for an excellent source of protein.
I recommend using frozen banana, blueberries and spinach (if possible) for extra relief in the summer heat and added smoothness. The texture from frozen banana takes this beverage to the next level. You can also adjust the consistency with the amount of milk or water you choose to add.
Enjoy between meetings, while you are at the beach, after a workout or when you’re chilling in the comfort of your own home cooling down from the outdoor heat.
