Initial consults are 1 hour long. We will chat all about your nutrition goals, current eating habits, diet history, exercise and other lifestyle factors. Using this information, we build a plan together, step by step, that's designed to help you reach your goals for the long term. Follow-up consults are 45 minutes long and are used to assess the initial plan and adjust as necessary (based on what is and isn't working optimally).
The program is 12 weeks, which includes 6 individual meetings. One initial consultation that is 1 hour long and 5 follow-ups that are each 45 minutes long. Outside of the individual meetings, you will have strategies to implement and tools to utilize that will take time throughout your week. These are all recommended based on your individual needs and goals and can vary in commitment time. That being said, you get out what you put in!
Privacy is extremely important! The individual sessions are held in a one-on-one setting. The private Facebook community is available to anyone who is interested in connecting with other individuals going through the same journey as them and looking for some support and conversation. The online community is not mandatory to participate in.
Throughout the program, I am available via email as well as private written and voice messaging to help answer any questions or concerns you may have. This can be challenging work and I do not want you to feel like you’re doing it alone. Having my support every step of the way can help encourage you to tackle that next food rule, reframe that negative food belief or challenge a diet-culture myth. I will respond to any inquiries via email or messages within 48 hours.
At this time I am not specifically trained in eating disorder care and do not have the resources to support clients with diagnosed and active eating disorders. If you are looking for support in this area, please speak with your primary healthcare provider or refer to the following organizations (for BC residents):

Once you receive the available resources, they are yours forever! I want to make sure you can refer back to them whenever needed so you continue to feel supported. They are not to be used for redistribution.
The Facebook community was built to bring together individuals that are going through similar journeys of improving their relationship with food. It can be a great way to connect, support and learn from one another. However, you do not have to participate in the Facebook community if it doesn’t feel comfortable for you.
Payment plans are available. The full price for the 12 week program is $1050. This can be split into bi-monthly or monthly payments. Learn more about them here.
Most extended health benefits will offer to cover nutrition services, however you will have to confirm with your personal provider to make sure. Please confirm this includes services offered by registered dietitians. If so, I provide detailed receipts following our sessions for you to use for reimbursement from your provider.

Follow-up consults are 30 minutes and are used to assess the initial plan and adjust as necessary (based on what is and isn't working optimally).
All individual sessions are held virtually or over the phone. The virtual meetings are held through a secure telehealth platform.
This is very dependent on your specific goals and needs. Some individuals achieve their goals within an initial and a couple follow-up sessions and others prefer to continue working together as their goals change over time. Follow-ups can also act as a form of accountability for some people. The number of follow-ups does not have to be determined prior to booking, as this can be an ongoing conversation.
These one-on-one sessions are designed to discuss your goals and my recommendations during our meeting, with the follow-ups giving opportunity to tweak and build on the nutrition plan. If you are looking for more hands-on support, you may be interested in the All Foods Fit program.
The initial consultation is $175 and each follow-up session is $90, with most extended health benefit plans covering dietitian or nutrition services.
