Ingredients

  • 1 ½ medium frozen bananas
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Brazil nut
  • 1 cup milk or plant-based beverage

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust with extra fruit or liquid, depending on your preferred texture and consistency. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make it lactose free: use lactose free yogurt and milk (or a plant-based beverage).
  • Make it vegan: use plant-based yogurt and a plant-based beverage like soy, almond or oat milk.
