Make these Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts with Feta for an easy and crowd-pleasing holiday side dish. Sweet, spicy and salty, this recipe has it all!
I have partnered with the Canadian Sugar Institute to bring you this Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts with Feta recipe. Even if you’ve never been a fan of brussels sprouts before, don’t write them off until you try this version! The sweet and spicy hot honey, paired with the salty feta cheese takes this vegetable to the next level! You may even be asking for seconds!

Your time is precious so I wanted to make this recipe as simple as it could be. All you need to make the hot honey is:
For the rest of the dish, you will need:
Hot honey is made from chili flakes and honey (sometimes also vinegar) and is a spicy twist on the sweet condiment. It has been impossible to find in my local stores, so I figured I just needed to make it myself. Once I learned how, I couldn’t believe how easy it was! It takes less than 5 minutes and you can make a big batch at once (like in this recipe) to keep for multiple uses.
Once the hot honey has cooled and the brussels sprouts are roasted, it’s just a matter of assembling. Drizzle the honey on top of the veggies and sprinkle on some chunks of feta cheese. Serve this immediately so everything is nice and warm. Enjoy!
Thank you to the Canadian Sugar Institute for sponsoring this recipe post and spreading the message that vegetables can be nutritious AND delicious!
