Burgers are a sure sign of summer! They are the perfect meal for backyard BBQs, accompanied with some seasonal side salads and refreshing beverages, of course. Plus, with this major heat wave rolling through Vancouver, turning on the stove or oven is not an option. So grilling it is!
These Greek turkey burgers are super easy to make, especially once you have the Greek seasoning prepared. The seasoning in this recipe will make a larger amount than is actually called for in these burgers. So you can keep the remainder for salad dressings, stir fries, potato salad or another batch of these burgers!
The ingredient that takes these burgers to the next level is definitely the Garlic Dill Sauce, which really couldn’t be easier to whip up. It’s a simplified version of tzatziki and all you need is:
If you aren’t a huge fan of ground turkey and would prefer ground chicken or beef, these options will work just as well. You can also add on your favourite burger toppings and condiments to dress it up exactly to your liking! Additionally, if you aren’t currently going through a heat wave, I have included instructions on how to cook these bad boys on the stovetop.
