It’s about time I added another fish recipe to the blog and I could not think of a better one than this Coconut Lime Crusted Halibut. I made this meal for Easter a couple of weekends ago and was very pleased with how it turned out!
Halibut is a white fish with a mild taste, making it a great option to pair with stronger flavours. When it is cooked properly, it flakes effortlessly and provides a light and tender texture.
Coating the fish in a coconut and lime crust brings out fresh aromas of Spring and a crispy crunch. The ease of this recipe makes it even more enjoyable to make, allowing you to spend your extra time working on the side dishes or doing things outside of the kitchen.
