Radishes are officially in season and we are here for it. A chopped salad with radishes adds a bite with a crunchy and refreshing texture.
If you haven’t tried radishes yet, they are a great source of vitamin C and potassium and can be used in salads, with dips like hummus, or sauteed.

Chopped Radish Salad

- 1 bunch radishes diced
- 1/2 large bell pepper diced
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Honey Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, place all vegetables and cilantro. Mix together.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk the dressing ingredients together. Drizzle over the salad.
Let the salad sit for 10-20 minutes to marinate.
Add avocado and serve immediately. Enjoy!
