Ingredients

cups
milk
or a plant-based milk
1
tsp
turmeric
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tbsp
honey
or sweetener of your choice
Dash of
black pepper
(this will help increase the bioavailability of curcumin)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric and cinnamon. Bring to a low boil on medium to high heat.
Once heated through, reduce to medium-low heat and add the honey or sweetener of choice.
Whisk the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Dietary considerations
Dairy-free: use dairy-free or plant-based milk
Vegan: use a plant-based milk and maple syrup instead of honey
