Ingredients
1cupraw cashews
½tbspavocado or olive oil
1tspeverything bagel seasoning
1tsphoneyoptional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line a baking tray with tin foil or a silicone baking mat.
In a bowl, add the cashews and drizzle with olive oil and honey (optional). Stir so the nuts are well coated.
Sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning and stir well again, until the cashews are evenly coated.
Spread the cashews out evenly on the baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. Keep your eyes on the cashews to make sure they don’t burn!
Let them sit for about 10 minutes before enjoying. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for an easy and delicious snack and to prolong the shelf life.
Notes
Substitutions:
Oil
If you don't have avocado or olive oil, you can use any other type of neutral oil.
Everything bagel seasoning
You can use the store bought version or you can easily make your own using this recipe.
Honey (optional)
This will give the cashews a sweeter taste but keep an eye on the cashews in the oven because they may be more susceptible to burning if they are coated in honey!
Vegan option:
-If you want to make this snack vegan, just disregard the honey.
