Ingredients
¾cupalmond flour
1largeegg
1largeripe bananamashed
1tbspmaple syrup
½tspvanilla extract
½tspcinnamon
Chocolate chipsoptional
Chopped walnutsoptional
Toppings (optional)
Banana
Greek yogurt
Maple syrup
Chocolate chips
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together the mashed ripe banana, egg, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Feel free to fold in any of the optional mix-ins (chocolate chips or chopped walnuts).
On medium-low heat, pour out 3 tbsp of the pancake batter onto a lightly oiled, buttered or nonstick frying pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip to cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side. Be careful when flipping them, they're delicate! Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve immediately with suggested and optional toppings. Enjoy!
