Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with tin foil (shiny side down).
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, oregano and thyme. Stir together.
Place the fresh salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil and then lemon juice. Using a spoon, generously sprinkle the seasoning mix on the salmon so it is mostly covered.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. If you prefer a more well-done salmon, bake for 2-3 minutes longer.
Serve alongside rice and vegetables or on top of a salad with roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
