Ingredients
1/4 cuplarge flake oats
1tbspchia seeds
1/3cupplain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup milkcow's, almond or soy
1tspmaple syrup
1/2tspcinnamon
1/3cupapplediced
Toppings (optional)
Almond or peanut butter
Crushed walnuts
Sprinkle of brown sugar
Greek yogurt
Extra milk
Instructions
In a small bowl, container or mason jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon together. Stir well, making sure the oats and chia seeds are all evenly coated.
Add the diced apple and gently mix together.
Store in the fridge for minimum 1 hour or up to 1-2 nights. Before eating, add your desired toppings and stir again. Enjoy!
