Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup large flake oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk cow's, almond or soy
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup apple diced

Toppings (optional)

  • Almond or peanut butter
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Sprinkle of brown sugar
  • Greek yogurt
  • Extra milk

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, container or mason jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon together. Stir well, making sure the oats and chia seeds are all evenly coated.
  • Add the diced apple and gently mix together.
  • Store in the fridge for minimum 1 hour or up to 1-2 nights. Before eating, add your desired toppings and stir again. Enjoy!
