In a small bowl combine and stir together the garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Once ready to use, add the lime juice to 1 lb of ground beef, chicken or turkey. Sprinkle the seasoning on it and cook to your preference.
Serve on tortillas or lettuce wraps or in a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings. (I love chopped tomato, romaine lettuce, grated cheese and avocado). Enjoy!
