Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2-1 full frozen banana
  • 1-2 handfuls spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk or water use more for thinner consistency

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend together until smooth.
  • Adjust with extra fruit or liquid, depending on your preferred texture and consistency. Enjoy!
