Ingredients

whole wheat flour

all purpose flour
3/4-1

sugar

eggs

kefir
1/2

butter
at room temperature
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract

walnuts
crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a loaf pan or Pyrex dish.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine eggs, sugar and baking soda and mix well.
Once this is combined, add kefir, vanilla extract and butter. Mix until just combined.
Slowly add in the flour and fold in the crushed walnuts.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan or Pyrex dish.
Bake for ~30-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick is removed and is clean.
Allow the loaf to cool before serving. Enjoy!
