In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soya sauce, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic and ginger.
In a shallow bowl or Ziploc bag, coat the salmon filet in the marinade. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
Place the salmon filet on the tin foil and evenly sprinkle with the red pepper flakes. Cook for 13-15 minutes or until the fish flakes when speared with a fork.
