In a measuring cup or mason jar, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Seal and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. When ready to use, drizzle it on salads or use as a chicken marinade. Enjoy!
Notes
Substitutions:
Red wine vinegar- if you don't have this available, you can use white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar. Expect a slightly different flavour profile though!
Honey- feel free to use maple syrup instead
Oregano- this gives the Greek flavour but it can be substituted for another dried herb if you prefer. Basil, thyme or parsley could be used in this recipe instead.
