In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, dried dill and garlic.
Add the uncooked chicken breasts to this mixture and mix well until the marinade covers all of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Cook according to method instructions below.

Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Once it reaches temperature, add the chicken breasts to the cooking insert/basket and cook for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.
Grill
Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.
Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on a lined or greased baking sheet and into the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.
