20-Minute Balsamic Dill Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts or 4-5 medium chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp each of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, dried dill and garlic.
  • Add the uncooked chicken breasts to this mixture and mix well until the marinade covers all of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Cook according to method instructions below.
  • Serve with your choice of sides. It pairs nicely with roasted potatoes and broccoli or as protein source to salads. Enjoy!

Air Fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Once it reaches temperature, add the chicken breasts to the cooking insert/basket and cook for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.

Grill

  • Preheat your grill to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.

Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on a lined or greased baking sheet and into the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F and it is cooked through.
