Wash the peach and then cut it into very thin slices (about 1/4" thick and 2" long, depending on the size of your cracker).
Next, cut the brie cheese into small wedges (also about 1/4" thick and 2" long, depending on the side of your cracker).
Time to assemble! Spread out the crackers on a plate or serving platter. Add one piece of brie to each cracker and then layer a piece of peach on top.
Top this with a full or half of a small leaf of fresh basil. Repeat on all crackers.
Drizzle a thin layer of honey over all of the bites. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Substitutions:-Whole grain crackers
Whole grain crackers are recommended here because they tend to be a bit more stable. However, if you have a favourite type of cracker that you prefer more or easily have on hand, feel free to use them instead!
