Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking tray with tin foil or a silicone baking mat.
In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, mix together the marinade ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Place the fresh salmon on the baking tray and pour the marinade over the filet. Scoop up the marinade that runs off the fish and add it back on, making sure it is fully covered. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10-13 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Make sure you don't overcook it! You want the salmon to flake away with gentle pressure from a fork. If, after the recommended time, the flesh still looks a bit pink, continue cooking it in 2-3 minute increments.
Serve immediately with a side of rice and your choice of roasted veggies or salad. Enjoy!

*If you don't have fresh dill, substitute with 2 tsp of dried dill.
