Creamy Oregano Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked bowtie pasta
  • 2 cans flaked light tuna drained
  • 1 284 ml can mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup canned sweet peas drained
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dried oregano or basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly coat an 8x8 Pyrex dish with cooking spray, vegetable oil or butter.
  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  • Transfer this mixture to the Pyrex dish. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown on top and the broccoli is cooked through.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!
