Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp shallots minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a measuring cup or glass container, whisk all ingredients together.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
