medium-sized bananas
mashed

vanilla extract

sliced California Strawberries
1/4
cup
chopped walnuts or almonds

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix together the eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in the sliced California Strawberries and chopped nuts (optional).
Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Tip: If you would like to make this recipe into muffins instead, reduce the cooking time to 20-25 minutes.
