Raspberry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup large flake oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp almond butter*

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or seal-able container, mix all of the ingredients together. Stir well to ensure all the chia seeds are incorporated into the liquid.
  • Place and store the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour, up to 2 days. Enjoy!

Notes

*Feel free to opt for peanut butter instead.
