In a small bowl add the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then stir again.
Store in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, refrigerate 4-8 hours (or overnight).
Once the oats and chia seeds have absorbed the milk, give it another stir to incorporate everything together.
Add the toppings and enjoy!
