Easy Homemade Tzatziki

Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt
1/2
English cucumber
grated and drained
2-3
garlic cloves
minced
1 1/2
tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
fresh dill
chopped
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic cloves, lemon juice and dill. Stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pita chips or vegetables. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
