Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients

184 g can
flaked tuna
1
ripe
avocado
1/2
cup
tomato
diced
1/4
cup
red onion
chopped
1
tsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp
lemon juice
3-5
fresh basil leaves
chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Open and drain the can of tuna.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado until most of the lumps are gone. Add the tuna and combine.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
To store, keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy on crackers, in a sandwich or on it's own as a snack!
