Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 184 g can flaked tuna
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Open and drain the can of tuna.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado until most of the lumps are gone. Add the tuna and combine.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • To store, keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy on crackers, in a sandwich or on it's own as a snack!
