Ingredients

corn

cherry tomatoes
halved

black beans
rinsed and drained

avocados

red onion
diced
1/4

cilantro
chopped
Dressing

tbsp
olive oil

limes
juiced

tsp
cumin

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients as listed above and add them to a large bowl.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss gently into the salad.
Serve as a side dish, with tortilla chips, or in a pita!
