In a sauce pan on medium heat, lightly toast the red pepper flakes and sesame seeds for ~1 minute, until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.
To the same sauce pan, add fish oil, soy sauce, garlic and water. Mix to combine.
Add the vegetables to the sauce and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they reach a desirable texture. You may need to add more water as it boils off and evaporates.
Once cooked, transfer the vegetables to a plate and top with toasted red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
